Deep WFM discipline expertise

Forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real-time management, reporting — we look for people who have operated in at least one of these disciplines with genuine depth, not surface-level familiarity.

Contact center or BPO environment experience

WAYS operates exclusively in contact center environments. Experience in BPO, healthcare, financial services, or enterprise contact centers is a strong advantage.

Curiosity That Drives Better

We look for people who instinctively ask "could this be better?" — and then go find out. The best WFM work doesn't come from executing a process. It comes from questioning why the process exists and whether there's a smarter way to get the outcome.

Client-facing communication skills
